Updated a lot of the roles and cleaned up format.
Changed all names to be in alphabetical order. Removing sorting because they are all alphabetical. :) Added Slendy into the Staff Supervisor section. Slight adjustment to "Owner" section description. Slight changes to grammar.

It is not needed to know to enjoy regular gameplay.

This is not "In Character" (IC) and doesn't affect the gameplay besides of admin moderation intervention.
