NanoTrasen Representative
1. The NanoTrasen Representative is the physical embodiment of NanoTrasen on station, and are considered an advisor to station command.
2. The NanoTrasen Representative has no official command status on station unless granted directly by Central Command fax.
3. Reports from the NT Representative must be accompanied with the NanoTrasen Representative's stamp.
4. The NT Representative is permitted to carry their cane and a flash at all times.
BlueShield Officer
1. The Blueshield Officer is responsible for protecting and defending command members at all times.
2. The Blueshield Officer may ignore space law when performing actions to protect their charge.
3. The Blueshield Officer may not take armory weapons from the armory without a warrant from the Warden, this includes the LMG.
4. The Blueshield Officer is not restricted in the weapons he may carry, so long as armory weapons stay with the Warden's warrant.
Magistrate
1. The Magistrate is the ultimate judge of space law on the station, and is considered an advisor to the station.
2. The Magistrate is responsible for ensuring that those prisoners that are to receive capital punishment are given a fair and balanced trial, consisting of a jury of 6 of their peers.
3. The Magistrate may overrule any sentencing imposed upon station crew, but my not pass judgement on any Central Command, ERT, or Death Squad personnel.
4. The Magistrate may not overly impede the inner workings of Security.
5. The Magistrate may carry a flash on them at all times.
Internal Affairs Agent
1. Internal Affairs Agents are considered subordinate to both the NT Representative, and the Magistrate.
2. Internal Affairs Agents are to only legally represent prisoners who are accused of capital level crimes, however they may choose to provide legal council to both Security as well as prisoners.
3. Internal Affairs Agents may request access to a department to ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are being carried out. This request does not have to be accepted, however denial may be a cause for concern.
4. The Internal Affairs Agent may not significantly impede any department with paperwork, or multiple inspections in a short time.
5. All violations of SOP or Space Law should be brought to the relevant department head, NT Representative, or Magistrate.
6. The Internal Affairs Agent may carry a flash on them at all times.
