INTERNAL PUBLIC RELEASE // LEVEL-GAMMA CIRCULATION

Subject: Procedural Somatic Override (PSO)

Distribution Class: C-2 – Internal Use for Authorized Civilian & Frontier Medical Personnel Only

I. INTRODUCTION

The Central Medical Division is proud to formally announce the deployment and validation of the Procedural Somatic Override (PSO) system — a breakthrough in post-trauma recovery and neuro-integrated physiological restoration. Designed to offer rapid recovery in high-risk environments and for patients experiencing critical systemic failure, PSO represents a monumental leap forward in synthetic biological medicine. Special thanks goes to Scarlet Inanis Lightweaver for her overwhelming contribution to the project, without whom progress has been halted for many years.

II. SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Procedural Somatic Override (PSO)

PSO is a tripartite medical framework focused on preserving patient cognition and rapidly restoring bodily function following catastrophic injury, illness, or organ shutdown. It is currently in limited use across selected trauma recovery facilities and is undergoing phased implementation within rehabilitation programs across inner-system stations.

Subsystems:

  • Ptah Array A synthetic biological matrix that allows for accelerated body stabilization, grafting, and regrowth using patient-linked genetic blueprints. Engineered to prevent immuno-rejection and to permit seamless physiological integration.
  • SEKER Module A protected neural data repository that stores essential motor skills, memory threads, and identity-linked cognitive patterns. Used to restore personality continuity and reduce post-trauma dissociative disorders.
  • OSIRIS Link The final phase of PSO reactivation, OSIRIS Link re-synchronizes the patient’s stored neural data with their newly repaired or reconstructed body, ensuring full restoration of consciousness and motor control.

III. MEDICAL PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS

  • Neural Continuity: 99.7% retention rate for identity-linked cognition
  • Physical Regeneration: 97% tissue viability at reactivation, exceeding trauma center norms
  • Recovery Latency: Average OSIRIS Link initialization time under 10 seconds post-stabilization
  • Observed Psychological Drift: <0.04% — negligible in test group
  • Clinical Applications: Trauma wards, long-term rehabilitation, deep space medical protocols, and high-risk field deployments

IV. NOTES FROM THE CMD COUNCIL

The Central Medical Division emphasizes that the PSO system is not a cloning solution, but rather a life-preservation initiative focused on continuity of care. Public implementations of the PSO system are restricted to medical necessity and emergency stabilization operations, subject to stringent ethical oversight.

Further civilian adoption will occur only under authorization from CMD Central Ethics Committee and planetary regulatory agencies.
