I. HISTORICAL PROFILE
Shalott Astolat- callsign THEIA- is the daughter of former Comitas CEO 'Bernard Astolat'. Comitas Systems is a now dissolved surveillance technology developer that specialized in information collection and processing. They developed innovations in the field of AUGVR, a system which compiled audio visual data from dozens to hundreds of sources to investigate virtual recreations of events to solve crimes.
These systems were used by NanoTrasen analysts to implicate Bernard Astolat in the assassination of Vulcan CEO Viktor Iavarone. A formal inquest was launched into Comitas and their CEO and they were found guilty of hiring the Syndicate to assassinate Viktor in 2415. Further evidence was uncovered that proved they had been funding the Syndicate and supplying them with technology and information for years, resulting in Comitas being dissolved and their assets seized. Bernard went into hiding and was eventually detained in 2421, but his daughter was not.
II. THREAT PROFILE
THEIA is believed to have backdoor access into most surveillance systems within the Starlight Sector due to Comitas patents and networks being sold and reused following their liquidation by the Trans-Solar Federation. The full extent of this access is unknown, and it may extend far beyond just the Starlight Sector.
In 2516 reports and seized documents confirmed that THEIA began coordinating with the Generation Two Syndicate. In 2525 her presence on a Gorlex staging outpost was confirmed by Captain [REDACTED] in debriefing prior to PSO memory suppression. THEIA reportedly hijacked the captured enemy warship and leapt into space to evade capture. She has been confirmed to still be active following this incident.
III. OBJECTIVES & STRATEGIC MOTIVATION
Shalott Astolat's activities are motivated simply by revenge for Comitas Systems and her father. All of her attacks have been precise, intending to cause as much damage to Central Command and NanoTrasen as possible. Strategic disruption of surveillance systems and unauthorized access into secure networks to collect sensitive data are common tactics she employs.
THEIA's objectives seem to be:
- Expose any sensitive data she can access to instigate liquidation of NanoTrasen by the Trans-Solar Federation.
- Kill everyone who had a hand in her father's trial and execution.

V. CLOSING REMARKS
Shalott Astolat is a vital component for the operations of Ouroboros and is deeply driven by vendetta to destroy NanoTrasen. The risk she poses to our corporation is not in force of arms, it is the scales of judicial decree. Our influence on the Trans-Solar Federation through lobbying and other means has its limits. Should she produce, through discovery or fabrication, something substantial enough to involve SolGuard, we would be very hard pressed. We must ensure it never comes to that.
